​berry protein smoothie


Here is the recipe for my super easy Berry Protein Smoothie! I am all about making recipes as simple and easy as possible. I have quite a hectic lifestyle so having things that are quick to throw together are absolutely perfect for me.
All you need for this is a blender or smoothie maker and the following ingredients...

Handful of raspberries
Handful of blueberries
1 tsp. honey
3 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
200ml almond milk
Scoop of strawberry protein powder

Directions-

Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz away! It's that simple!

This recipe makes a great on-the-go breakfast if you are in a hurry. It's packed full of protein and healthy fats to keep you full for longer!
