Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake
Note: Coconut oil, sweetener, milk and chocolate spread used in this recipe are gifted.
Just loafing around with this recipe...
I love an easy bake and honestly there's not much that's easier than a loaf right? Adding extra protein in there with the use of My Protein chocolate spread too, delicious!
When it comes to creating a recipe and sharing it with you guys I really do like to keep it fairly simple. No massively weird and wonderful ingredients, just simple stuff with a little added health here and there :)

Pour the batter into the loaf tin and spread out evenly.
If adding chocolate spread; dot around on the batter and use a knife to mix it in, making swirl lines.

Remove and leave to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove and you can serve hot or cold.
Once cool slice and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
