chocolate orange flapjack |

This Chocolate Orange Flapjack recipe has to be one of the quickest and nicest ones I've done so far!! I literally threw all the ingredients in a bowl one day and ta-da! Out came this delicious and gooey flapjack :).
Recipe...
200g Rolled Oats
60g Agave Nectar
60g Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp. Choc Shot Chocolate Orange Flavour
1 cup Almond Milk
Directions-
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
- Mix the oats and peanut butter (yum!) together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the agave and choc shot and mix together.
- Add the almond milk a little bit at a time and stir in. Make sure the consistency is fairly sticky.
- Put in to a small square baking tray and flatten with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes only. If you poke it with a knife the mixture should still be fairly soft.
- Take out the oven and leave to cool. Don't do what I did and try it straight away...you will get burnt!
I added chocolate chips onto the top of mine but thinking back you could pop some grated orange zest over it too to make it that extra bit orangey! I know I will definitely be doing that next time :).
