I'm definitely a quick and easy kinda gal when it comes to throwing together a few ingredients to make a delicious high protein snack. I mean, who wants to be in the kitchen for hours on end to create a masterpiece that ultimately is going to be thrown in your bag and probably smashed up into small pieces before you manage to eat it. Protein balls are something I used to make ALL THE TIME but recently, haven't really done. So, I'm bringing back the protein balls today! High protein and of course flavoured with peanut butter and chocolate (best combo ever), these little balls of goodness will give you a nice little protein boost either post-workout or simply a mid-afternoon snack :)
