Cinnamon Banana Bread
Classic banana bread with a little twist and a sweet, oaty cinnamon 'crunch' topping? Oh go on then.
The perfect banana bread with a hint of cinnamon and everything nice. Smother in nut butter for the yummiest afternoon pick-me-up there is.

Bread
2 Cups Wholemeal Flour
3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar/Sweetener of choice
2 Small Mashed Bananas
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch Salt
'Crunch' Top
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar/Sweetener of choice
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
2 Cups Wholemeal Flour
3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar/Sweetener of choice

1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
2 Tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar/Sweetener of choice
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Centigrade and line a loaf tin with non-stick paper; leave to one side.
Mix all wet bread ingredients in a bowl.
Add sugar and mix.
Add all dry ingredients one at a time and mix well until it forms a stiff but soft mixture.
Pour into the loaf tin.
To make your topping simply add all ingredients to a bowl and with your fingers, rub together until all oats are covered in sugar, cinnamon and oil.
Sprinkle over bread mix.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Leave to cool completely before cutting and serving.
Serving tip: Smother in nut butter and sprinkle on extra oats and cinnamon.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
