So, this recipe is literally amazing and I am so excited to share this one with you! Coconut, Hazelnut and Chocolate Chip Cookies drizzled with Sweet Freedom Chocolate with Coconut! They are so amazing! Soft, sweet and healthy...what more could you want from a cookie :).
The recipe makes 6 small cookies but please feel free to double it if you would like more.
Here's the recipe guys...
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
20g dark chocolate chips
10g desiccated coconut
15g chopped hazelnuts
1/3 cup almond milk
Sweet Freedom Chocolate Coconut Choc Shot
Directions-
- Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees C.
- Add coconut flour, coconut sugar, chopped hazelnuts, desiccated coconut and chocolate chips to a bowl and combine.
- Add milk and stir together until the mix is stuck together.
- Using your hands make small balls of the mixture and pop on a baking leaving a good space in between each one.
- Now flatten and squish each ball to create a biscuit shape.
- Pop in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them after 10 minutes so they don't burn.
- Once cooked take out and leave to cool for half an hour. Drizzle with Sweet Freedom Chocolate with Coconut.
The cookies should be a little hard on the outside but soft in the middle. They do taste so amazing and this is definitely my favourite recipe so far! Please let me know if you make them and use #fitnessforster on Instagram so I can see your posts :).
Enjoy!!
