cOFFEE BLISS BALLS


​Note: Dates, honey and coffee used in this recipe were gifted to me.

Lets end UK Coffee Week in style shall we? Simple, easy and super tasty coffee bliss balls for the win on this one! They are honestly so easy to make an take a grand total of about 10 minutes to throw together. The addition of coffee counteracts some of the sweetness of the dates so they aren't super sweet.

​RECIPE

(Makes 10-12 Balls)

1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Ground Almonds
​1 Cup Dates
2 Tbsp. Honey or any sweetener of choice
2 Tbsp. Cacao
1/4 Cup Brewed Coffee

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a mixer/blender and blend until it forms a sticky but firm mixture.
Roll into balls and roll in toppings of choice; I used cacao but you could use chopped nuts or desiccated coconut.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
