Natvia: sweet peach crumble |
|
When collaborating with brands I love using things that are really easy to get hold of in your local supermarket or grocery shops. Natvia is one of those brands that you can get your hands on in a variety of different supermarkets and shops across the country so for that reason (and the fact it is a perfect and tasty healthy alternative to refined sugar) I couldn't turn down the opportunity to work with them and create delicious recipes using their natural sweetener.
As the weather is getting cooler and Autumn is beginning to set in I thought I would create a recipe that is kind of a cross-over of summer into autumn. A recipe that will warm your insides on a cold day but still contains those bright summer flavours and colours- a Sweet Peach Crumble.

Recipe
2 Cups (260g) Oats (I used Mornflake)
3 Medium Peaches
3 Tbsp. Natvia
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 Tsp. Coconut Oil (I used Lucy Bee)
2 Tbsp. Honey (I used Rowse)
Method
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C.
Cut peaches into medium slices and place in a medium oven dish.
Combine all oats and Natvia in a bowl and mix together- add the honey and vanilla and mix in.
Add the coconut oil (make sure it’s not melted) and rub into the mixture using your fingers- it will form a crumble like texture.
Pour the crumble topping onto the peaches and sprinkle over a little more Natvia-.
Pop in the oven for 45-50mins until the peaches have softened and the crumble topping has browned a little.
Serve with some ice-cream or yoghurt for a delicious dessert.
