Super Chocolatey Chocolate Chunk Brownies

Looking for gooey, soft and extremely chocolatey chocolate brownies?! You've come to the right place!
​Sometimes you just need to satisfy that sweet chocolatey craving and these healthy chocolate chunk brownies do just that. Using Cacao powder and dark chocolate really makes these brownies melt in the mouth delicious! Sweetened with coconut sugar and a little honey too, they are that perfect pick me up for the 3pm slump or even crumbled over some yoghurt as a delicious desert!

​Here is what you need....​

Recipe

1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseeds
​Pinch Salt
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
​1/3 Cup + 2 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
​1 Tsp. Vanilla Essence
​2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil + more for greasing
1/2 Bar 75% Dark Chocolate

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees C (I have a fan oven).
​Grease a small deep baking tray/brownie tray with coconut oil
​Combine coconut flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, salt, baking powder and flaxseeds in a medium mixing bowl.
​In a separate bowl combine almond milk, honey, coconut oil and vanilla.
​Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix together to form a chocolatey batter.
​Break up the dark chocolate into chunks (as big as you like) and add them to the batter. Mix them in.
​Pour the mixture into your baking tray and smooth out until it's pretty much level in the tray.
​Pop in the oven for 15 minutes.
​Take out and leave to cool for an hour, then pop in the fridge for another hour. They will set a little more in the fridge.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

​Please note: These brownies will come out very soft and gooey so if you don't like them like that then recipe isn't for you.
