This campaign aims to showcase the many health benefits of this so-called super nut, as well as showcase it's versatility as not only a healthy snack but also an awesome addition to cooking. Walnuts are not only perfect as a delicious snack, but they really do make a great addition to both sweet and savoury dishes. As mentioned above, there are also many health benefits to walnuts. Did you know they are packed with plant-based Omega-3's? Well you do now! This recipe only uses 5 ingredients, including the awesome walnut, can you believe it?! recipe1 Cup Self Raising Flour
3/4 Cups Coconut Sugar 1 Tbsp. Ginger 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts 3 Eggs methodPre-heat oven to 160 degrees C.
Mix coconut sugar, flour and ginger in a bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Add chopped walnuts and make sure they are mixed in evenly. Divide mixture into bun cases and pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and sprinkle with a little more ginger. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Amie xx |
