Why The Change?


As some of you will have already seen on social media, I've had a little change of the old blog name.
I've been Fitness Forster for a long time, and I personally still am, but things have taken a slightly different direction for me throughout 2019 so it's time to enter 2020 with a whole new outlook for the blog.

When Fitness Forster was born it was always about fitness (obvs) and health.  As you'll know that quickly evolved into creating healthy recipes which inn all honesty, god knows how, because I used to hate cooking!!
These both come under the 'health and fitness' bracket so it stuck...until now.

Enter The Sweet Life Blog.

I kind of fell out of love with my blog at the end of 2019. I wasn't motivated to create any content, recipes or write anything even remotely good.
I found myself just logging in to my blog and then just staring, not knowing what to do or write. I'd then just close it down and forget about it.

I knew it was time for a change. I didn't want to just write about fitness and post recipes. I wanted to write about everything!
I know they say the blog should have a niche but I enjoy so many different things that I want to write about them all; health, fitness, travel, food, recipe, product reviews, home, you name it! I felt the name Fitness Forster couldn't really match to the things I want to write about.

After A LOT of thinking (and googling) I came up with The Sweet Life. Simple yet I feel it covers everything and can be used in many different contexts. 
Perfect for my recipes as they are mainly sweet but also great to describe a way of life.

The Sweet Life is just that. A way to live in a relaxed way, the sweet way.
